I was an international student while attending ÁÔÓ¥ÌåÓýÖ±²¥ and although I was far away from my home, The Bahamas, the smaller class sizes at ÁÔÓ¥ÌåÓýÖ±²¥ made it easier for me to get to know my peers and for my professors to hone in on my strengths and areas of growth. I was afforded the opportunity to serve as a teacher assistant for an undergraduate course, help with research, and to have courses tailored to my interest in math intervention. My experience at ÁÔÓ¥ÌåÓýÖ±²¥ ignited a fire within me as I re-entered the teaching profession.
